Mexico

As a result of the collaboration between Mexico’s Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) and Osinergmin, Mexico successfully developed a version of the Facilito App and the Order Control System (SCOP) for hydrocarbons. Likewise, CRE hosted the 7th World Forum on Energy Regulation (7th WFER), held in Cancun in 2018, supporting the Peruvian candidacy to host the next edition of the Forum.

In 2020, we worked with the National Commission for Regulatory Improvement of Mexico (CONAMER) to learn about the regulatory impact calculator methodology, and during 2021, with the National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH), framed by the pilot group of social communication between regulators and energy supervisors, promoted by Osinergmin.
