Sponsored by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and Korea’s Petroleum Quality & Distribution Authority (K-Petro), we participate in an ongoing training program for Osinergmin officials on “Capacity building for the Management of the Distribution and Quality of Energy Resources,” which comprises the period 2021-2023.

Likewise, South Korea has coordinated experience exchange sessions with Peru and Costa Rica on the quality of liquid hydrocarbons. The first edition was held in Lima in 2019, and the second edition was held virtually in November 2021.
